How does it work?
Cosmetic breast surgery is at the point of being revolutionised by using DIEP flap techniques provided to patients who are requesting an all-natural (no implant) breast result. The All Me Augmentation™ (Cosmetic DIEP flap), allows patients to have a natural-looking breast augmentation without implants.
How is ALL ME Augmentation different to traditional breast implants?
Traditionally when someone has an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), this natural tissue is discarded. The All Me Augmentation utilises this tissue with a vascular pedicle (blood supply) to add large and predictable volume in breast augmentation and breast surgery. This has traditionally been used in reconstructive procedures (DIEP flap reconstruction) for patients who have undergone mastectomy. Over the decades, this technique has become more sophisticated in the reconstructive setting and surgeons have become more experienced and technically advanced. As such, the procedure has become more predictable, safer and the recovery has become quicker.
The All Me Augmentation (Cosmetic DIEP flap) uses the patient's own tissue harvested from the tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to reshape and add volume to the breasts. Dr. Rhys van der Rijt and Dr Bish Soliman offer several breast augmentation options with enhanced recovery.
ALL ME Augmentation Procedures
1. The ALL ME Augmentation with Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Life changes such as ageing, weight fluctuations and breastfeeding can cause breast to sag or look deflated. Breast lift surgery combined with the All Me Augmentation (Cosmetic DIEP flap) can lift and reshape the breasts whilst also restoring volume. Combining the All Me Augmentation with breast lift surgery can rejuvenate breast and reshape the abdomen in a single stage procedure without the potential complications of breast implants
2. Capsulectomy & implant removal with ALL ME Augmentation
Whilst implants can have a positive effect on patients' lives, many women decide to have their breast implants removed from changes in appearance and style and concerns about health. Regardless of whether the implant was inserted for cosmetic or reconstructive reasons the All Me Augmentation can reliably restore the volume of the implant with natural tissue. We are sensitive to the needs of each patient and offer several methods of breast implant removal.
3. Primary ALL ME Augmentation breast augmentation.
Many women would like fuller breasts but do not wish to have breast implants due to safety concerns or personal preference. The All Me Augmentation (Cosmetic DIEP flap) can deliver results that are more effective than other natural (no implant) breast augmentation alternatives such as fat transfer without the risk of breast implants. Cosmetic DIEP flap breast augmentation is also an option for patients who would like to have breast implants removed due to complications such as capsular contracture, as this procedure can resolve the condition whilst allowing patients to maintain full volume.
