The All Me Augmentation™ (Cosmetic DIEP flap) is a new approach to breast augmentation that allows you to enhance your breast without adding anything artificial, such as an implant. Dr. Rhys van der Rijt and Bish Soliman utilise techniques that they have developed for breast reconstruction, specifically the deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap procedure (DIEP flap), in order to create fuller breasts without implants.
Dr Rhys van der Rijt and Dr Bish Soliman are Australian trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons both specialising in microsurgery, breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. Dr Rhys van der Rijt has further refined his surgical techniques after learning first hand from the pioneer of the All Me Augmentation™ in the United States, Dr Sean Boutros.

Dr van der Rijt is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Sydney. His extensive training in Australia and overseas has led him to sub-specialise in Microsurgical reconstruction of the breast (DIEP flap reconstruction) and aesthetic surgery of the breast and body.
Dr van der Rijt works in both public and private hospitals in Sydney where he manages a variety of elective and emergency plastic surgery cases.

Dr. Bish Soliman is a Sydney-based Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specialising in microsurgical reconstruction, including DIEP flap breast reconstruction, as well as aesthetic surgery of the breast and body. He is a consultant microsurgeon at two major tertiary referral hospitals in Sydney, where he also serves as the supervisor of training.
